SMSGig provides premium Non-VoIP (Physical SIM) phone numbers tailored for high-deliverability SMS verification. Unlike virtual VoIP numbers, our inventory consists of real SIM cards to ensure maximum compatibility with major platforms.
These numbers are temporary resources intended strictly for receiving One-Time Passwords (OTPs) and activation codes.
2. Account Usage
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our numbers for:
- Illegal activities, including fraud, phishing, or harassment.
- Creating multiple accounts on third-party platforms in violation of their terms.
- Spamming or mass messaging.
We reserve the right to ban any account suspected of suspicious activity without prior notice.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Credits: Our service operates on a prepaid credit system. You must top up your wallet before purchasing a number.
- Automatic Refunds: If a number fails to receive an SMS code within the activation period, the cost is automatically returned to your SMSGig wallet balance.
- Final Sales: Wallet top-ups (deposits) are generally non-refundable once credited, except in cases of technical error on our part.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for high availability, SMSGig is not responsible for:
- Any loss of access to third-party accounts verified using our numbers.
- Funds lost on other platforms due to inability to re-verify a number.
- Service interruptions caused by global telecom providers.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
